of On the 21st day of April, 1913 Most Worshipful Brother Aubrey White of the Grand Lodge of Canada in the Province of Ontario issued a Dispensation authorizing the formation, in the Village of Sutton West, Ontario of Malone Lodge, named after Most Worshipful Brother E. T. Malone K. C. (King's Counsel) Past Grand Master. The ceremony of organizing the Lodge was held on the 21st day of May, 1913 and was performed by R. W. Bro. G. A. M. Davidson D.D.G.M. of Toronto East #11A. The Officers under Dispensation: W. M. - Worshipful Brother A. G. Tremayne S. W. - Worshipful Brother W. M. Oliver J.W. - Brother A. B. Greenwood The Lodge received its Charter at the Grand Lodge in Niagara Falls, Ontario on the 15th of July 1914 and was regularly constituted, consecrated and dedicated by R. W. Bro. W. R. Walters MD, D.D.G.M. of Toronto East #11A on the 28th day of October 1914. The installation of Officers was held on the same day, Bro. Oliver being installed as Worshipful Master, Bro. Tremayne as I. P. M. and Bro. Greenwood as Senior Warden. Bro. R. H. Tillet was installed as Junior Warden.
